Ramsden International is a wholesale exporter serving over 500 customers across 123 countries, offering more than 23,000 SKUs in frozen, ambient, and chilled categories.

Ramsden International faced challenges with their existing order capture system, which had become outdated and inefficient. The system was increasing administrative burdens and hindering their ability to scale effectively.

Custom B2B e-comm platform

Ramsden International partnered with us to develop a custom-built order capture platform that would simplify the ordering process while improving speed, accuracy, and accessibility.

The new platform was designed specifically for the B2B market, allowing Ramsden’s customers to log in, view products, create orders, and track shipments with ease.

Integrated with Ramsden’s internal systems, including their CRM and shipment tracking system, the platform offers seamless functionality that works in tandem with existing processes.

The platform utilises modern technologies, including a Java microservice architecture, AWS hosting, and Elasticsearch for enhanced search functionality. This allows users to quickly find products even if they don’t know the exact name, making the ordering process smoother and more efficient.
