Our journey

For over 25 years, we have been a trailblazer in operational, cultural, and technological transformation. From revolutionising patient care in the NHS to enabling a paperless future, we’ve consistently delivered innovative solutions that address real-world challenges. Our Patient Record Migration solution, for instance, reduced an eight-week process to just two hours, illustrating how our work improves lives through technology. Along with our AIDE project, the first of it's kind for AI deployment for the NHS.

This year, our journey has been defined by growth and sustainability. As an employee-owned business, we’ve continued to invest in our team, ensuring that every individual feels empowered and valued.

Since transitioning to employee ownership in 2020, we’ve achieved remarkable growth, with an 83% revenue increase. Our proprietary Academy program has broken down barriers to entry in tech, welcoming diverse talent and creating opportunities for individuals from underrepresented groups.

In parallel, we’ve prioritised environmental responsibility, achieving Carbon Neutral Certification in 2024 and committing to ambitious emissions reduction goals.
