A career milestone to be proud of

One of Joe’s proudest achievements is earning his promotion to Senior Developer. It’s a testament to his hard work and dedication, and he’s thrilled to see the positive impact he’s making within the team and beyond.

The best part of the job

For Joe, the standout aspect of working at Answer Digital is the people. “Everyone is so supportive and makes time for each other,” he says. It’s this collaborative and inclusive culture that makes Answer such a great place to work.

Before Answer: an unusual role

While Joe hasn’t had too many unusual jobs, he recalls one unique role: working in a food kiosk at Bradford City. It might not have been the most glamorous gig, but it’s certainly a fun addition to his career story!

A world traveler at heart

Joe’s favorite travel destination is Iguazú, Argentina, where the breathtaking scenery and vibrant South American culture left a lasting impression. In fact, he’s an avid traveler who has visited more countries in Asia than Europe—a fun fact that surprises many people. However, he’s hoping to change that this year by exploring more of Europe!

A surprising guilty pleasure

Despite claiming a strong disliking for musicals, Joe recently watched Hairspray with his wife and absolutely loved it. Who doesn’t enjoy a little toe-tapping fun every now and then?

A dream job for a day

If Joe could swap jobs with anyone for a day, he’d choose Robert Irwin, the wildlife conservationist and son of Steve Irwin. “I’ve always loved animals, and if I hadn’t chosen this career path, working with animals would have been my other choice. Getting to work with them so closely would be amazing.”

Joe’s passion, creativity, and drive have made him an invaluable part of the Answer Digital family. Whether he’s developing innovative solutions, collaborating with his supportive team, or dreaming about his next adventure, Joe embodies the spirit of what makes Answer a great place to work.
