Kash’s journey at Answer

Kash began his journey with Answer Digital in the Engineering Academy, transitioning from a career in finance to pursue his passion for technology. Since then, he’s worked on a diverse range of projects, spanning industries like finance, automotive, and healthcare. His leadership skills quickly became evident when he was asked to mentor new Academy members and later take on the role of Academy Coordinator. Most recently, Kash achieved the milestone of becoming a Lead Engineer, a well-deserved recognition of his talent and determination.

Reflecting on his career, Kash shares,
"I think my promotion to Lead Engineer has been the proudest moment of my career so far. I worked really hard to make it happen, and achieving it in the year I became a father has been no mean feat."

Describe your job in three words:
Challenging but rewarding.

What’s the best thing about your team?
"My current team is fairly small, but we collaborate so well together. The work can be challenging, but we always make sure to check in on each other and offer support when needed."

What’s the most unusual job you’ve had?
"I had a brief stint as a Character Animator for a video game startup, but unfortunately, it never materialised into a published product."

Favourite travel destination:
Greece! "The people, the food, the beauty, and the weather—it’s a perfect mix."

Surprising fun fact:
"I haven’t written in a long time, but one of my bucket list items is to write an epic fantasy novel."

"Love a bit of Grey’s Anatomy!"

Dream job swap:
"I’d love to be Prime Minister for a day. I’m sure I can’t do too much damage in 24 hours!"
