As an Integration Engineer, Mo plays a key role in bridging HealthTech ecosystems and ensuring seamless interoperability across healthcare systems. Let’s take a closer look at his journey, achievements, and some fun facts along the way.

Mo’s journey at Answer Digital

Since joining via the Integration Academy in 2022, Mo has worked on several impactful projects:

- Supporting North Care Alliance (NCA) Trust’s integration operations, ensuring seamless data flow.

- Designing workflows for Prinsix’s finance product on Azure Logic Apps, expanding his expertise beyond healthcare.

- Contributing to the One London project as a technical author and data analyst, where he played a key role in documentation and test analysis.

Each of these experiences has helped shape Mo into the versatile and solution-driven engineer he is today.

A career milestone to be proud of

One of Mo’s biggest achievements was developing a Trust integration engine monitoring tool at NCA. This tool enhanced error handling and system health, ultimately minimising patient impact, a perfect example of tech making a real difference in healthcare.

The best thing about the team

For Mo, the best part of working at Answer Digital is the collaborative expertise and supportive teamwork that help tackle complex challenges with confidence.

An unusual early job

Before entering the world of HealthTech, Mo was a youth basketball coach alongside his dad. Managing hyperactive 15-year-olds while debating referees was like project management, but with sweatbands!

A Favourite travel destination

Mo’s favorite place? Barcelona. His Spanish skills came in handy while haggling at La Boqueria market like a local, making for a truly immersive experience.

A surprising talent

Mo is a linguistic wizard! He speaks three languages, understands two more, and has a 99% success rate in guessing a language on the first try. Basically, he’s a human Google Translate (minus the glitches!).

A guilty pleasure TV show

Mo is a Game of Thrones fanatic, fascinated by its strategic complexity and leadership dynamics. If we’re being honest, he sometimes imagines himself strategising to claim the Iron Throne, and honestly, we wouldn’t bet against him!

A dream job for a day

If he could swap jobs for a day, Mo would trade places with Ludovico Einaudi, the renowned pianist and composer. Experiencing a day of evoking emotion through music in breathtaking venues around the world would be a dream come true for him.
