We’re delighted to share that Answer Digital has been awarded Large Agency of the Year at the Prolific North Champions Awards 2025. This is a huge win for our team, and a moment to reflect on what’s been one of our most exciting—and impactful—years yet.

This award recognises businesses that are not only delivering measurable, meaningful results for clients, but doing so through bold thinking, innovation, and deep-rooted industry expertise. It also celebrates those who create brilliant places to work. To be recognised across all of these areas is something we’re incredibly proud of—and a real testament to the collaborative, creative spirit of our team.

Delivering with purpose

From scaling diagnostic services across the NHS, to redefining the user experience for finance and fintech platforms, our teams have spent the past 12 months solving complex challenges through smart, people-focused technology.

We don’t just build things that work—we build things that matter. Our work this year has supported:

• AI deployment in secondary care, using our award-winning AIDE and FLIP platforms
• Faster diagnostics and improved patient pathways through our work with CDCs, EPRs and real-time data
• Personalised digital health solutions that align with NHS priorities and future strategies
• New commercial models and integrated tech stacks for growing fintech and life sciences businesses

Every project has been underpinned by strategic thinking, a strong design and engineering mindset, and a focus on delivering tangible outcomes—not just for our clients, but for the people and communities they serve.

Growth, momentum, and making space for people

We’ve had a landmark year of growth in 2024 — welcoming 13 new hires, celebrating 35 internal promotions, and continuing to expand our footprint across the UK, including our first partnership in Wales.

We’ve launched a new Employer Value Proposition, introduced new employee benefits, and deepened our commitment to wellbeing through the appointment of Mental Health First Aiders and a Wellness Coach. As an employee-owned business, this award means even more—it recognises the value of a workplace where everyone has a voice, and everyone is invested in the outcome.

Our culture is shaped not just by what we do, but how we do it:

• We hosted five of our own events, and collaborated on countless more
• Our Women in Tech team delivered three sell-out community events and more are planned for 2025
• We offset our carbon emissions, marking a step forward in our sustainability journey
• We raised over £8,000 for Martin House, our 2024 charity partner and we aim to raise £15,000 for PAPYRUS UK, supporting mental health initiatives.
