The Answer Academy
Ready to supercharge your skills? The Answer Academy is a series of programmes designed to equip our Academites with the technical knowledge and the process understanding they need to join our best-in-industry project teams.
Our Academy never stops
Programmes are run by our own expert teams who combine structured training, self-learning with hands-on mentoring. While the focus is on developing foundation knowledge, ongoing skills and aptitude assessments help graduates prepare for agile project delivery beyond the Academy.

Our delivery academies include Agile Project Management and Business Consulting programmes, equipping our Academites with the skills to lead client facing delivery.
Our academy equips our integration engineers with the skills to implement HL7 messaging standards, cache database structures, object oriented programming with Caché Object Script and monitoring/creating ensemble productions.
Graduation and career progression
As a graduate of the Answer Academy, you'll be equipped to work as part of a live project, working in agile teams to deliver innovative solutions. The Academy is just the starting point in your Answer career. We'll give you every opportunity to fulfil your ambitions.
Adam joined Answer after completing a degree in Software Engineering, coming in as part of the Academy in 2017. He has since worked on various projects across the Finance/Retail sectors.
